COVID-19

Dear Ski & Racquet Owners and Residents,

We are all facing unprecedented times as we monitor the COVID-19 pandemic. The Board has outlined the Association’s plans below. These plans are subject to change based on CDC guidance and advice from local city, county and health department restrictions and guidelines, as well as the Governor of Colorado’s Orders issued for COVID matters.

Meetings and events. The CDC had recommended against any gatherings of 50 or more people through the middle of May and many experts are urging people to limit nonessential travel.  With many out-of-state owners, the Board is has decided to hold our Annual Homeowners Association meeting remotely.  Information was sent electronically and via mail.

Common areas and amenities. The clubhouse remains closed for renovations and will not reopen until we receive additional guidance from the State and County Health Departments to make informed decisions in the best interests of the community along with the implementation of reasonable safety protocols.  The sports courts will remain open.  We encourage everyone to continue social distancing and maintain physical distance between people of at least 6 feet to help reduce spread.

Cleaning. The association will implement enhanced cleaning and disinfecting of surfaces in common areas including elevators. Owners are responsible for their private property.

This association will not and does not make any of the decisions mentioned above lightly. These actions are being taken to protect the health and welfare of the residents of this community. We pledge to keep residents informed of all relevant developments and how they affect association operations.

It is also incumbent upon residents to take this situation seriously and do their part to minimize the spread of this deadly disease. The association highly encourages you to review safety guidelines and look for updates from the CDC, the local health department, and the World Health Organization.
